Last year I had 10 sessions of TVM – Triple Vagal Method – and over the course of months my inner landscape changed from inner rage and trauma to mindfulness and inner management.
I always wanted to be cool-headed but I was stuck in fight or flight and didn’t know it.
The anxiety, along with so many exhausting issues, slowly resolved. l found a new relationship to the body and naturally stopped fighting within myself; using harmful healing modalities to rid my body of trauma on a cellular level.
Without talking, without re-traumatizing the body we walk the body into a safe place to let it redistribute the trauma, release unwanted energy and find peace thru oxytocin; a molecule that flushes the cortisol and heals the body naturally.
