Corporate Security Consultant
Ensure the facility is in compliance with corporate security policies and provide due diligence in all security aspects.
Analyse and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of existing physical security measures through adequate audit to ensure compliance with objectives and mandated federal, state, and municipal requirements.
Consultation of operational procedures to ensure corporate security policies are implemented without unnecessary deviation.
Consultation of hiring, implementing and supervising the company’s operational security strategies to meet profitable corporate and/or event objectives:
Manage security staff recruitment and security deployment as per corporate policy and ensure standard operating policies and documentation are followed.
Coach and evaluate performance; address issues and resolve concerns.
Coordinate and supervise security vendors to ensure procedures are followed as per Security-Level Agreement (SLA) and corporate policies.
Maintain appropriate communication with local law enforcement and emergency response teams for collaboration of events and/or facility security.

Risks Applications
Conduct risk assessments for hospitals, oil companies, corporate facilities, and event locations; providing detailed risks, highlighting positive aspects, and recommending risk mitigation procedures.
Event coordinator for all aspects of securing a facility, coordinating with security contractors/vendors, mitigate environmental causalities, and potentially collaborate with local Law Enforcement.
Coordinate and implement corporate security audits and actively participate in mitigating SR2 – SR 5 risks by educating and supervising team players.
Supervise the complete maintenance of access control systems, CCTV and their real estate, radios, and other client security systems designed to protect the assets of the facility.
Document all incidents, manage the incident management process, and implement investigations (questioning, photos, and reports) of incidents occurring within the company and/or event per standard policies.
Collaborate with appropriate law enforcement officials on required resources, status, and disposition of an ongoing investigation per corporate security policy.
Mitigate work place violence and implement conflict resolution techniques.
Serve as a trusted adviser; anticipate needs and provide proactive recommendations.
Debugging Specialist
Mitigate confidential information, R&D, and trade secrets from being compromised through espionage by conducting electronic/physical sweeps.
Secure boardrooms, offices, SCIF’s, corporate high-rises, planes, residences, and vehicles of covert listening and visual devices potentially compromising the security and safety of C-Level Executives.
Concerns of vulnerabilities and communication breaches are quickly mitigated as an on-site debugging specialist.
Technical communication breach investigations; collaborating with IT engineers and/or outsourced vendors.
Finance Applications
Manage security staff time sheets including data entry, corrections, and track vacations/time-off requests; as well as, other staff official procedures.
Negotiate and prepare vendor contracts as directed by corporate policy.
Meticulously process and manage accounts payables including invoices, expense reimbursements, tracking billable vs. unbillable, obtain proper approvals, contact/communicate with vendors), and maintain account payable files.
Coordinate with the finance team on security related invoices.
Analyze monthly profit and loss statements.
Communicate with appropriate corporate personnel regarding trends relative to fixed and variable costs and financial impact of present and anticipated business activity.
Periodically review records and other financial data that impacts revenue growth and profitability associated with the security sector.
Perform quarterly audits as per policy requirements and maintain security related documentation.

Executive Protection
Conduct secure and mindful travel environments for C-Level Executives
Schedule meetings, conferences, and travel reservations.
Provide and/or supervise safe and secure vehicle transportation, to and from designated destinations, for C-Level Executives.
Receive and and/or prepare appropriate documentation for the delivery and/or pick-up of Executives.
Consult maps and/or navigation devices for desired routes.
Advise the Executive passengers of potential delays due to traffic or construction; adjust route when possible to meet arrival time.
Coordinate vehicle record, maintenance logs, and daily activity reports; as well as, all other duties, as assigned.
Manage all confidential information appropriately.

Assess and develop security strategies based on environment and vulnerabilities
Administration
Monitor/control alarms and badging process.
Responsible for maintaining fire evacuation maps, drills, etc. as per policy.
Conduct meetings with security and equipment maintenance vendors on a regular basis per requirement.
Prepare accurate correspondence and records, including but not limited to memos, letters, and reports in a timely manner.
Maintain audit requirements for equipment disbursement: radios, cell phones, laptops, etc.
